Alcoholic beverages in retail packaging, of a strength exceeding 24% but not 70%, in a container up to 5l, in the quantity of up to 5l per person.

Note: Alcoholic beverages containing 24% alcohol or less are not restricted.

Safely packaged ammunition (only Subclass 1.4S, UN 0012 or UN 0014) in the quantity of up to 5kg gross per person for personal use. One package can contain ammunition belonging to one passenger only.

One (1) backpack per person permitted, containing compressed gas containers of subclass 2.2. It can be equipped with a pyrotechnic activation mechanism containing not more than 200mg net of subclass 1.4S material. The backpack must be packaged in a way that makes it impossible to be activated accidentally. Backpack airbags must be fitted with pressure release valves.

that cannot be taken out and the metal content of lithium exceeds 0.3 g for lithium-metal batteries or 2.7 Wh for lithium-ion batteries.

Non-removable batteries. For lithium-metal batteries, the content of lithium cannot exceed 0.3 g or 2.7 Wh for lithium-ion batteries.
Removable batteries. Batteries must be removed if the luggage is to be carried in the hold. Removed batteries must be carried in the cabin.
(Example: suitcases with built-in power banks of suitcases designed as self-propelled)

Lithium batteries, non-spillable batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries and dry cell batteries for portable electronic devices can be carried in hand luggage only.
Articles whose main purpose is to provide a source of power, e.g. power banks, are considered spare batteries. Each of these batteries must be secured to prevent short circuits.
Lithium-metal batteries: the content of metallic lithium cannot exceed 2 g. (To help illustrate: an AA battery contains 0.9g of lithium)
Lithium-ion batteries: energy capacity cannot exceed 100 Wh.
Each person may have max. 20 spare batteries.

Replacement/in bulk rechargeable batteries containing lithium metal or lithium-ion cells/accumulators for portable electronic devices can be carried in hand luggage only.
In the case of lithium-metal batteries, the content of metallic lithium cannot exceed 2 g. In the case of lithium-ion batteries, the rating cannot exceed 100 Wh. Items that primarily serve as a source of energy, e.g. energy banks, are considered spare batteries Such batteries must be protected from short circuits.
Each person may transport max. 20 spare batteries.
Non-spillable batteries must have 12 V or less and 100 Wh or less.
Each person may transport max. 2 spare batteries.

Camping stoves and fuel containers containing no liquid fuel or its fumes.

Incapacitating devices such as tear gas, pepper spray, etc., containing irritants or incapacitating substances are prohibited to carry in both checked and hand luggage.

Permitted in the quantity of up to 2.5 kg per person, used for the transport of perishable goods which are not dangerous goods. In the packaging that allows gaseous carbon dioxide to escape.
For carriage in checked baggage, the following markings are required: ‘dry ice’ or ‘carbon dioxide, solid’ with the net weight of dry ice stated or z with the indication that there is 2.5 kg or less of it.

E-cigarettes (including e-cigars, e-pipes and other personal inhalation devices) equipped with batteries must be secured to prevent accidental activation.
E-cigarettes cannot be used or charged on board.

Powering portable electronic devices containing fuel such as photographic cameras, mobile phones, laptops and cameras.

Fuel cell cartridges for portable electronic devices.

Gas cartridges, non-combustible, containing carbon dioxide or another appropriate subclass 2.2 gas. Max. two (2) small cells fitted in an inflatable personal protective device intended to be worn by a person, such as a life jacket or vest.
Not more than two (2) devices per passenger and up to two (2) small spare cartridges per one device, not more than four (4) cartridges with water capacity up to 50 ml for other devices.

Not more than one (1) per passenger, provided that the heating element is protected by a cover. Never to be used on board an aircraft. 

Spare gas containers are not permitted in hand or checked luggage.

Must meet the requirements for liquid fuel engines:

• Do not contain batteries
• Have never contained fuel
• If they contained fuel, a document confirming that the engine has been flushed and cleaned must be provided..

Including medical devices such as portable oxygen concentrators (POC) (note that devices that generate oxygen during a chemical reaction are prohibited for transport) and consumer electronics such as photographic cameras, mobile phones, laptops and tablets carried by passengers for personal use.
For lithium-metal batteries, the content of lithium cannot exceed 2 g and for lithium-ion batteries, the quantity of Watt-hours cannot exceed 100 Wh.
Devices in the checked luggage must be entirely switched off and protected from damage. Up to 15 PED devices can be carried per person.

Electronic devices powered with batteries with the energy capacity greater than 100 Wh but not exceeding 160 Wh, powering portable electronic devices and PMED or with lithium content exceeding 2 g but not exceeding 8 g, only for the PMED.
Max. two spare batteries are permitted in hand luggage only. Such batteries must be individually secured to prevent short circuits.

Lithium-ion batteries powering portable electronic devices (including medical devices), with the capacity to store energy exceeding 100 Wh but not exceeding 160 Wh.
Lithium-metal batteries to power portable medical electronic devices only with the lithium content exceeding 2 g but not exceeding 8 g.
Devices in the checked luggage must be entirely switched off and protected from damage.

That contains no unabsorbed liquid fuel other than liquid gas, intended for personal use. (Zippo lighters containing liquid fuel are prohibited for transport)
Lighter fuel or replaceable containers are not allowed.
Note: Matches that ignite in all conditions (stormproof matches), ‘blue flame’ lighters or cigar lighters, or lithium battery lighters without a safety cap or means of preventing unintentional activation are prohibited in air transport.
