FOR EVENT ORGANIZER:

Please mind that only events submitted at least 4 months before the start date with number of participants being 15 or more, will be eligible for the program.
In the form you will be asked to present data on previous editions of your event, please prepare that information beforehand (exact number of attendees from each country) – you may also share the Excel file with LOT International Events team, after submitting the form.
We will present you tailored made offer for the specific event, including attractive discounts on air fares for all event participants and their accompanying guests.
Reward program: promote our special offer among event attendees and enjoy number of benefits including free tickets to be collected after the event.
You will receive a package of electronic promotional materials.
