Are there any additional fees for purchasing a ticket?

It depends on where you purchase your ticket. When booking on our website, we do not charge an additional transaction fee. An exception may apply when paying with a corporate card – in this case, any additional charge will be displayed during the booking process after you enter your card details.

A transaction fee applies when purchasing or changing a ticket through our Contact Center or at the airport. The amount depends on the market in which the booking is made.

For domestic journeys within Poland, 8% VAT is added to the ticket price. VAT applies regardless of the country in which the ticket is purchased.
