The group offer contains a special service package, which includes:
- reservation of seats without specifying a passenger list;
- free allocation of seats;
- checked baggage always included in the price;
- possibility to change passenger data without giving a reason (before the start of the trip);
- special conditions of pricing and cancellation.
The terms of group booking
The group consists of a minimum of 10 people in the LOT Economy Class or a minimum of 6 people in the LOT Premium Economy / LOT Business Class, traveling together, on the same date, on the same route and the same LOT Polish Airlines scheduled flights*.
The price of group tickets may be slightly higher than for individual tickets, but thanks to a special service package you gain more flexibility when planning your trip, as well as additional benefits not available in the traditional offer!
*Children up to the age of 11 are not counted toward the minimum number of passengers in the group.
Details of Group Offer Promotion
- The promotion is valid on the dates: 04.09–31.10.2024 (the day of sale is the date of the offer preparation).
- The promotion applies to flights on the dates: 01.11.2024–20.04.2025, except flights between 21.12.2024-06.01.2025. For Round Trip travel, the travel period includes the dates of all the flights that are part of the trip.
- Only groups traveling on the same ticket and on flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines are entitled to the Promo Trips offer.
- Tax rates and YQ/YR fees remain with no change.
- The promotion applies to ad-hoc groups that will be booked and travel in LOT Economy Class only.
- Every group eligible according to the conditions of the promotion, receives an appropriate amount of tickets with the 100% discount from the Master PNR fare LOT NET FARE (in case of a 13-person group, 12 tickets at full price + one at a discount).
- 13–25 passenger groups are entitled to one ticket at 0 PLN net fare.
- 26 – 38 passenger groups are entitled to two tickets at 0 PLN net fare.
- For larger groups, the same discounts apply for every additional 13 people.
- To take advantage of the promotion, fill out the form “Group offer” and in the “Additional information” field include information that you want to take the advantage of the promotion.
- The promotion cannot be combined with the Tour Leader discount mentioned in the special conditions.
- Remaining details, are in compliance with the standard LOT Polish Airlines' group offer conditions.
