Passengers with a medical certificate

You should submit your MEDIF form to your ticket issuer* 72 hours before the departure at the latest.

*If you have purchased your ticket through an agent, contact them to provide your MEDIF form.

The medical examination certificate must be issued within 14 days before the departure date. This means that if you buy a return ticket with a stay of more than 2 weeks in between, you must obtain new certificates for the return flight.

When a MEDIF form should be filled in?

Passengers travelling with an oxygen concentrator

Filled in MEDIF form is required if you need to use your personal oxygen concentrator during flight.  There is no associated charge or fee.

Service of transporting your own or being provided with an oxygen cylinder is unavailable.

Passengers using CPAP device

The passenger must use a device for the treatment of sleep-disordered breathing (sleep apnoea) during the flight and other complications or health issues exist that require the passenger to provide a medical certificate.*

*If there are no concomitant medical conditions, a MEDIF form is not required for passengers using a CPAP device.

REMEMBER! If you wish to use the device while travelling, notify the carrier in advance on the phone (opens in a new tab) or in writing (opens in a new tab) via Messenger or Whatsapp. The staff will make the appropriate information entries in the reservation.

We cannot guarantee a power source during the flight, which is why the device should be powered by batteries and fully charged before boarding.

Pregnant women

Women before 32 weeks of pregnancy may travel with their doctor's consent without the need to hold a medical certificate.
After the 32nd week of pregnancy, a MEDIF form must be filled in.

Passengers travelling with infant younger than 7 days

Passengers travelling with infants younger than 7 days are required to fill in a MEDIF form.

NOTE: Incubators are not allowed on board our aeroplanes.

Diabetics

Our personnel are not authorised to provide assistance in giving injections during a flight.Diabetics who need to inject during a flight and use PEN-type products do not need any additional medical documentation.

 

Passengers whose behavior or mental or physical condition, make it impossible for them to travel without additional assistance

Complete and submit the MEDIF form to inform our cabin crew, who are responsible for the safety of all passengers throughout the flight.

 

Passengers whose health might deteriorate as a result of air travel
