How to rebook or refund a ticket?

In case of cancellations, please read Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004

If you have received a notification from us about a disruption of your trip, you can change your reservation yourself or accept our proposed alternative, using the website linked in the received disruption notification or by clicking the button below:

If you have a ticket for any cancelled flight, you can use one of the following options to change your reservation:

  • Your ticket was purchased on or after 4 October 2023?  Obtaining a travel voucher is no longer possible. However, depending on the terms and conditions of your ticket, you can still change your flight or ask for a refund.

Your ticket was purchased before 4 October 2023? You can still apply for a voucher under the conditions below:

Contact us within up to a year of making the booking and get a voucher, where we will encode the value of the original ticket. The funds recorded on the voucher can be used for any flight from the LOT offer.

The voucher will be valid for two years (24 months) after receipt. During this time, you can exchange the voucher for a new flight, which is scheduled within the next 12 months or any additional service from LOT's offer.

Would you like to give the voucher to a relative or a friend? Not only the passenger can use the voucher for any flight, but also the person to whom it will be given.

If the price of the new ticket for which you will exchange the voucher is lower, the difference will be refunded as a new voucher, which is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. A voucher issued for a cancelled flight is refundable in full of the  unused amount.
