How can I upgrade the comfort of my trip?

If you want to upgrade your trip, you will do it in four ways:

1. Take part in the auction and submit your offer (opens in a new tab) - If your offer is the highest, we will reissue your ticket and send it to the email address provided in your booking: up to 5 hours before departure from Warsaw (WAW), Seoul (ICN), Tokyo (NRT), Chicago (ORD), Toronto (YYZ), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), San Francisco (SFO), Newark (EWR), New York (JFK) and Bangkok (BKK), or up to 12 hours before departure from all other airports.
2. Guarantee your seat by making an immediate payment (opens in a new tab) - You can do this from 120 hours before departure for long-haul flights, or from 72 hours before departure for short- and medium-haul flights.
3. The offer is available up to 6 hours before departure for flights from Warsaw and long-haul flights departing from other airports, except flights from India. For all other flights, you can use the offer up to 13 hours before departure. The upgrade offer will also appear in Manage My Booking.
4. Get in touch with our LOT Contact Center - no earlier than 72 h before departure, you can upgrade at a promotional price.
5. Upgrade on the day of departure - you will do it at check-in counters, LOT ticket counters, LOT Transfer Center counters or even before boarding the plane itself. Remember that the availability of the service depends on the number of available seats.
