How can I change my booking?
The fastest way to change your booking is in the Manage my booking.
Remember that due to different combinations of fares and flights in the ticket, online change is not always possible. If you are unable to make changes independently using the Manage Booking tool, we invite you to fill out the online form (opens in a new tab) or contact our LOT Contact Center directly, which will provide the necessary support.
For most fare types, the ticket must be exchanged before check-in closes. If there is little time left until your flight, please contact our hotline, which is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
