When booking the service, it is significant to provide all pieces of luggage and their dimensions. Based on this information, we will assign a driver with a suitable vehicle capacity to safely conduct your transfer.

 If you are travelling with an infant or child, please inform us at the time of booking. Include them in the total number of passengers travelling with you.

Yes. We care about ensuring your transfer is comfortable and safe for your child as well. When making a reservation, request a child car seat in the specified age and weight group. An additional fee of 5 euros will be charged for each child seat.

Depending on the location from which the driver will pick you up, Welcome Pickups offers free waiting time, meaning your driver will wait for you during this time without any additional charges!

At Welcome Pickups, we understand the dynamic nature of airlines and flight delays.

If your flight is significantly delayed due to reasons beyond your control, and the airport transfer service time has already been confirmed, we encourage you to contact our support team via our chat. We will change your transfer reservation to the new arrival time at no extra cost.*

Currently, transportation for people with mobility impairments, using adapted vehicles, is available in the following countries: Rome, Berlin, Budapest, Prague, Barcelona, Madrid, Istanbul, Tel Aviv.
