Are there any additional fees for purchasing a ticket?

It depends on the point of sale. When making a purchase on our website, the price you see in the shopping cart is the final ticket price, which includes all taxes and fees. In this case, no additional transaction fee is charged – such a fee applies when purchasing or exchanging a ticket at our Contact Center or at the airport (it depends on the market where the reservation is made). 

In the case of domestic travel (within Poland), VAT of 8% is added to the ticket price. VAT is charged regardless of the country of ticket purchase.
