- possibility to change passenger data without giving a reason (before the start of the trip);
- special conditions of pricing and cancellation.
The terms of group booking
The group consists of a minimum of 10 people in the LOT Economy Class or a minimum of 6 people in the LOT Premium Economy / LOT Business Class, traveling together, on the same date, on the same route and the same LOT Polish Airlines scheduled flights*.
The price of group tickets may be slightly higher than for individual tickets, but thanks to a special service package you gain more flexibility when planning your trip, as well as additional benefits not available in the traditional offer!
*Children up to the age of 11 are not counted toward the minimum number of passengers in the group.
Group Promotion Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is valid from 2 September to 30 September 2026 (the sale date is considered the date of offer preparation).
- The offer applies to flights from 1 November 2026 to 25 March 2027. For round-trip flights, the travel period includes the dates of all flights that are part of the trip.
- The offer applies to all scheduled destinations within the LOT Polish Airlines network.
- The offer is valid for groups traveling on the same ticket and on flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines.
- The promotion applies to ad-hoc groups confirmed and operated in LOT Economy Class.
- Every group eligible according to the conditions of the promotion, receives an appropriate amount of tickets with the 100% discount from the Master PNR fare LOT NET FARE (in case of a 11-person group, 10 tickets at full price + one at a discount).
- 11–21 passenger groups are entitled to one ticket at 0 PLN net fare.
- 22–32 passenger groups are entitled to two tickets at 0 PLN net fare.
- For larger groups, the same discounts apply for every additional 10 people, up to a maximum of 4 discounted tickets per group.
- Taxes and YQ/YR surcharges remain unchanged.
- To take advantage of the promotion, fill out the form “Group Offer”.
- The promotion is not retroactive and applies only to new groups created in September.
- The promotion cannot be combined with the Tour Leader discount mentioned in the special conditions.
- Remaining details are in compliance with the standard LOT Polish Airlines’ group offer conditions.
