I must transport medications in low temperature. Where should I put them?

You may transport your medications only in your travel cooler or in a package with dry ice. Fill in the MEDIF form and contact the LOT Contact Center (at least 72 hours before departure). Dry ice may be transported in carry-on or checked baggage at the air carrier's permission, in the amount up to 2.5 kg net weight if it is used for packing perishable goods (with no additional risk), provided that the packaging allows discharging gaseous CO2.  Every packaging that contains dry ice must be marked "DRY ICE" or "CARBON DIOXIDE, SOLID", with the net weight of the dry ice content indicated or an annotation that there is 2.5 kg or less of dry ice in the packaging.
