Miles & More is the loyalty program for LOT passengers who travel frequently and want to make the most of every journey. Established in 1993, it now brings together millions of members worldwide, offering real rewards not only for air travel but also for other travel-related activities.

The integrated airline partners of the Miles & More program include LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Eurowings, SWISS, as well as Croatia Airlines, Luxair, and ITA Airways.

How to earn miles?

You can grow your mileage balance by flying with LOT, partner airlines, as well as Star Alliance member airlines.

But that’s just the beginning! Your mileage account also grows when you upgrade your ticket (online via LOT Upgrade, via the Contact Center, or at the gate), book hotels with Booking.com (opens in a new tab), rent cars with CarTrawler (opens in a new tab), or use the services of Miles & More global partners (opens in a new tab), as well as our local partners in Poland: Aelia (opens in a new tab), Apart (opens in a new tab), Uniqa (opens in a new tab), Payback (opens in a new tab).

Download the Miles & More app for iOS or Android so you have your service card readily available in digital form. You will also be credited a further 500 Miles the first time you log in.
It's easy! Simply enter your Miles & More card number while booking a ticket or making a purchase and the Miles and Points will be automatically credited to your account. If you have not provided your card number, you can have your Miles and Points credited up to six months after your flight, even if you have not been a member of the Miles & More programme.

How can you redeem your miles?

You can redeem your accumulated miles through the Miles & More website for LOT flights via award tickets and Mileage Bargains, as well as for upgrading your travel class.

To reach a higher status in the program, all you need to do is earn the required number of Points, Qualifying Points, or HON Circle Points. With them, you will upgrade your status in the program, each granting you exclusive privileges.

How to earn Points and Qualifying Points?

You earn Points exclusively for flights.

Points are awarded for flights with LOT, Lufthansa Group airlines, Miles & More partner airlines, and Star Alliance member airlines.
Qualifying Points are earned on flights with LOT, Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Discover Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Croatia Airlines, Luxair, and ITA Airways.
HON Circle Points are collected when traveling in LOT Business Class, as well as in Business Class or First Class with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Discover Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Croatia Airlines, Luxair, and ITA Airways.

Privileges offered by LOT

If you are flying with us and have a frequent flyer status, there are many advantages waiting for you! An extra baggage, access to the Business Lounge, Fast Track at the airport – your journey will be more comfortable.

Do you have a Frequent Traveller status? With it, you can choose a free seat in the Standard zone, take advantage of the Fast Track in Warsaw, and take additional checked baggage with you.
Do you have a Senator or HON Circle Member? You can use the Fast Track, take your checked baggage with you and enter the Busines Lounge. In addition, you and those you are travelling with on a single booking will choose your seats on the plane completely free of charge!
Do you have a HON Circle Member? In addition to the above-mentioned amenities, you can travel between the plane and the terminal using the Warsaw airport limousine service. The service is available subject to limousine availability.

Benefits for Miles & More status holders

Frequent Traveler
To achieve or renew Frequent Traveller status, you need to earn at least 650 Points and 325 Qualifying Points in a calendar year. Thanks to it, you can use selected business lounges at airports, check-in at business desks and take an additional piece of baggage.
Senator
In order to achieve or renew Senator status, you need at least 2,000 Points and 1,000 Qualifying Points within one calendar year. You will benefit from the booking guarantee in business class (up to 48 hours before the start of the trip), 50% discounts on flight award for your Companion and electronic upgrade vouchers.
HON Circle Member
It is granted to passengers who have earned at least 6,000 HON Circle Points in a calendar year Among the privileges you will find, for example, a guarantee of business class reservations up to 24 hours. prior to departure, highest priority on the waiting list, a Senator card for spouse or partner and access to the first class lounge at selected airports.
