Digital Accessibility at LOT Polish Airlines

Depending on the country you are travelling from or where you use our services, different regulations regarding passenger rights and service accessibility may apply. Below you will find information on the most important applicable legal acts.

If you are travelling on a flight operated by one of our partner airlines, some regulations may differ from those applied by LOT. We recommend contacting our sales offices and the LOT Contact Center to confirm the details.

Regulations in Canada

As an air carrier operating flights to and from Canada, LOT Polish Airlines are subject to the regulations of the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) (opens in a new tab), including the Accessible Canada Act (ACA).

The purpose of the LOT Polish Airlines Accessibility Plan is to improve the quality and accessibility of services for people with disabilities. The document will set out the priorities for the next three years, indicating actions to identify, eliminate and prevent accessibility barriers. LOT Polish Airlines will execute these objectives in cooperation with its business partners, airports and the community of travel agents, drawing on their knowledge and experience.

The Accessibility Plan will be updated regularly, i.e. at least every three years.
