Passenger Claims Section responds to issues related to flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines and disrupted due to cancellation, delay, denied boarding, downgrading as well as to provision of additional services and your airport/onboard experience.

If your query concerns reservation change, ticket refund, voucher redemption or future travel please select the relevant form available in category BOOKING or PAYMENTS.

 

NOTE: To submit a request on behalf of other passengers you must complete a power of attorney and then attach a scan or photo of it. [ link to poa form]  If you make a claim on behalf of a minor passenger, please provide a document that proves that you can act as a legal representative (e.g. birth certificate).
