Family-friendly services at Warsaw Airport 

After arriving at the airport, head to the LOT Polish Airlines zone in Sector E of the departures hall, where families traveling with children and unaccompanied minors can check in at the Family Check-in counter.

If you already have your boarding passes, proceed directly to security screening and use the dedicated family lanes. In the transit area, you will also find:

• complimentary strollers for families traveling with children,
• family rooms equipped with a changing table, sink, and high chair.

At Warsaw Airport, near the railway station and coach terminal in the publicly accessible AB zone, you will find access to the observation deck. We also offer several play areas for children:

• "Lotek's Corner" located near the check-in area,
• a Dreamliner aircraft model displayed near Gate 1,
• a children's play area in the Schengen zone,
• a children's play area in the non-Schengen zone.
