ARTUR ZAWADOWSKI
Artur Zawadowski is a Faculty of Law and Administration graduate from the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Law at Harvard University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School. He built his experience by working with law firms such as Hogan & Hartson, Weil, Gotshal & Manges or LSW. Since 2023, he has been co-founder and partner at Loewen law firm. In 2023, he was recommended for the ranking of Chambers & Partners in the category of restructuring lawyers in Poland. He has served on the Supervisory Board of PLL LOT since 8 July 2024.
ARTUR LEBIEDZIŃSKI
Artur Lebiedziński graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, where he obtained an MBA. He has 27 years of managerial experience in the infrastructure and investment banking sectors. He has worked for, among others, Bank Creditanstalt, Bank of America and Societe Generale, and his own consulting business. From 2013 to 2015, he was president of Polski Holding Nieruchomości. He currently serves as president of the Polish Aviation Group. He has served on the Supervisory Board of PLL LOT since 18 June 2024.
PROF. DR. HABIL. PATRYCJA ZAWADZKA
Prof. Dr. Habil. Patrycja Zawadzka is a Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics graduate from the University of Wrocław. She obtained a Doctor of Laws degree and then the title of Professor. She currently serves as Vice-Dean for Finance, Quality and Forms of Education at WPAE UWr, as well as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Financial Ombudsman. She has extensive experience in legal services for entrepreneurs and the public sector, as well as tax advisory. She is the author of scientific publications on public finance law and financial market law. She has served on the Supervisory Board of PLL LOT since 8 July 2024.
DR. TOMASZ LUDWICKI
Tomasz Ludwicki - a scholarship holder of the Ford and Mellon Foundations in the USA and the European Union Marie Curie Fellowship Programme, received his PhD in economics and specialises in organisational strategy and organisational consulting. Dr Ludwicki is the Director and lecturer of the Executive MBA Programme at the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and universities from Europe and the USA. Dr Tomasz Ludwicki is also an assessor at the Association of MBAs, which accredits MBA programmes worldwide. He has conducted consulting projects for leading Polish companies and multinational corporations on strategy formulation and implementation, design of processes and organisational structures, and training projects. He has served on the Supervisory Board of PLL LOT since 8 July 2024.
DR. JAN WOJCIESZCZUK
Jan Wojcieszczuk, PhD, is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, where he earned his PhD in legal sciences and became a qualified legal counselor and lawyer. He served as Lublin Voivode and Chief Commander of the Border Guard. Between 1998 and 2001, he was the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Finance, the General Inspector of Treasury Control and the Chairman of the Main Committee Adjudicating in Matters of Violation of Public Finance Discipline. Between 2007 and 2016, he served as a Member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rosomak S.A. From 2014 to 2016, he was the Director of the Armament Policy and Strategy Department at the Polish Armaments Group. He has also taught university courses. Since July 8, 2024, he has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines.
