Agnieszka Trzaskalska
Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

A lawyer specialising in commercial law with extensive experience in the governing bodies of State Treasury portfolio companies. Her professional focus includes corporate governance, company operations, and organisational transformations. She is a graduate of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia, and Kozminski University in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the EY Academy of Business and has completed numerous courses and training sessions in capital markets law, mergers and acquisitions, and project methodologies. Her professional experience includes roles in law firms and the Ministry of State Treasury, where she rose from inspector to department director. She has also held corporate positions in some of Poland's largest companies, including publicly listed ones, operating in key sectors of the economy such as mining, energy, and maritime. She has spent many years as the chairwoman and a member of supervisory boards for companies such as TAURON PE SA, Grupa Lotos SA, Lotos Petrobaltic SA, JSW SA, and LOT Polish Airlines SA. Since 2018, she has been the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdansk Authority SA. She joined the LOT Supervisory Board on 29 November 2024.
Dr Tomasz Ludwicki

Tomasz Ludwicki - a scholarship holder of the Ford and Mellon Foundations in the USA and the European Union Marie Curie Fellowship Programme, received his PhD in economics and specialises in organisational strategy and organisational consulting. Dr Ludwicki is the Director and lecturer of the Executive MBA Programme at the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and universities from Europe and the USA. Dr Tomasz Ludwicki is also an assessor at the Association of MBAs, which accredits MBA programmes worldwide. He has conducted consulting projects for leading Polish companies and multinational corporations on strategy formulation and implementation, design of processes and organisational structures, and training projects.
Prof. dr hab. Patrycja Zawadzka

Prof. Dr. Habil. Patrycja Zawadzka is a Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics graduate from the University of Wrocław. She obtained a Doctor of Laws degree and then the title of Professor. She currently serves as Vice-Dean for Finance, Quality and Forms of Education at WPAE UWr, as well as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Financial Ombudsman. She has extensive experience in legal services for entrepreneurs and the public sector, as well as tax advisory. She is the author of scientific publications on public finance law and financial market law. She has served on the Supervisory Board of PLL LOT since 8 July 2024.
Damian Grabowski

A manager with over 25 years of experience in business strategy, transformation, and operational efficiency. He has held leadership roles across the transport sector, including traditional and low-cost airlines, building extensive expertise in both Polish and international markets. He combines deep expertise in strategic management, financial analysis, and sustainable development to help organisations balance operational efficiency with social responsibility. A graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, he also holds an MBA from the internationally renowned INSEAD. On 19 December 2024, he became a member of the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines.
Ewa Lis

Ewa Lis brings over twenty years’ experience in commercial law, corporate governance, and the ownership supervision of strategic companies with State Treasury shareholding. She has managed and coordinated the exercise of shareholder rights in enterprises of key importance to the national economy, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, particularly in the chemicals, fuel, real estate, and construction sectors. Her expertise encompasses participation in processes of restructuring and consolidation, the implementation and monitoring of strategic programmes, the granting and settlement of public aid, and the evaluation of investment project effectiveness. Ewa has gained supervisory experience as a member of the supervisory boards of state-owned companies, including Grupa Azoty S.A., Lotos Infrastruktura S.A., and PBP Chemobudowa Kraków S.A. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, and holds postgraduate qualifications in collective labour relations and human resource management, along with further training in finance and management. She currently serves as Legal Counsel, performing ownership supervision for companies under the Ministry of Infrastructure. Ewa Lis has been a member of the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines since 30 June 2025.
Małgorzata Kurzynoga

A lawyer boasting extensive experience in academia and legal practice – holds a post-doctoral degree (doctor habilitatus) in legal sciences, is a professor at the University of Łódź and a legal counsel. Specializes in individual and collective labor law, EU legislation and new technologies. Graduated from the Department of Law and Administration and completed a full-time doctoral program at the European Law Chair of the University of Łódź. In her capacity of a legal counsel, she provides advice to employers and public institutions, focusing on Polish and European labor law, as well as represents her customers in court proceedings and trade union negotiations. Has significant amounts of hands-on experience in conducting legal audits and internal investigations. She is an author of expert opinions and analyses dealing with Polish and EU legislation, with a particular focus on the compliance of business operations with the provisions of private and public laws. Draws up and verifies internal regulatory documents, adapting company policies to standards set forth in current and planned EU directives. In 2023, she was ranked by Forbes Women as one of the “25 most distinguished business lawyers”. From 14 February 2024, she is a member of the PZU S.A. Supervisory Board. In her work, she relies on academic knowledge that is combined with practical experience of a counsel and active participant of legal proceedings. This allows her to demonstrate a balanced approach to exercising corporate oversight that is based not only on reliable legal analysis, but also on a thorough understanding of economic realities and the needs of the business sector. She joined the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines on 27 August 2025.
