What should I do if my baggage got damaged?
If, upon arrival, you notice that your baggage has been damaged, destroyed or has missing items, please report the problem immediately and complete a damage report. Once this information has been submitted, you will receive an official confirmation of the damage report, together with the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) reference number (e.g.: WAWLO 10123).
Important: please keep the damage report until the case is resolved.
