Michał Fijoł

Chief Commercial Officer

Manager with an extensive international experience.

In LOT since January 2016, he served as a commercial board proxy. In early March of 2017, the Supervisory Board appointed him as Chief Commercial Officer.

Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (Ph.D. studies in Economics). As the German Academic Exchange Center and Austrian Government scholar used to study also at Osnabrueck University in Germany and Vienna University of Economics in Austria.

For over 10 years of his professional career he worked for international media giants: German Axel Spinger, Swiss Ringier, French Aufeminin.com and cross-European leading job board Stepstone in sales, promotion and digital areas at various positions including managerial board membership. Digital industry expert; in charge of business development was managing several internet and technology ventures.

Katarzyna Piskorz

Chief Corporate Officer

An experienced manager in corporate matters. For 15 years, she has been associated with the PZU Group – the largest financial institution in Poland and the Central and Eastern Europe, where she was, among others, in charge of a competence office for corporate functions. Since 2017, she is the Head of the Office of the Management Board of PFR Nieruchomości (previous name: BGK Nieruchomości), which deals with the management of the assets of two investment funds and provides operating services for special-purpose vehicles of these funds within the framework of the programme Mieszkanie Plus (a Housing Programme for Families).

She completed a post-graduate studies at the Economic and Social College of the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the Faculty of Organisation and Management at the Łazarski University. She studied at the Faculty of Orientalism of the University of Warsaw.

Paweł Rozkrut 

Chief Financial Officer

has many years of international experience as a Board Member and Financial Director. He graduated from the University of Economics in Kraków in the field of Economics and studied physics at the Jagiellonian University. He worked in managerial positions at Unilever Polska, Cadbury Group in Poland and the UK, Cefic Polska, BP Castrol and AmeriGas Polska. At corporate structures he managed, he was responsible, among others, for reporting financial results of multiple countries according to IFRS and US GAAP, control and compliance with SOX, managing numerous departments, as well as implementing best practices in the field of controlling. He has been a long-time member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Maciej Wilk 

Chief Operating Officer

A Graduate of the Interdisciplinary Economic and Managerial Studies at the University of Warsaw.

Associated with LOT since 2010, when he prepared as a PwC Poland consultant the LOT Restructuring Plan for the purpose of proceedings before the European Commission. In 2013, he started working in the company as the Head of Planning and Controlling Department, after which he became a Proxy and for two years supervised financial and economic issues, coordinated the preparation of the Strategy for Profitable Growth and the selection of a new vehicle fleet.

He has been supervising the Operating Division since April 2017. His tasks revolves around, among others, maintaining top transportation quality and safety, the improvement of punctuality and regularity of flight connections, as well as the increase of cost efficiency.
