Air Freight charge MCC
The Air Freight surcharge MCC is a fee that consists of 70% fuel costs, 15% CO2 emissions and 15% security. LOT Cargo has two MCC charge rates:
- SH
- MH
- LH
Due to dynamic changes in dependent factors, LOT Cargo will update the Air Freight charge MCC level every 2 weeks (every 1st and 15th business day of the month with a 2-week implementation period) and will be valid for all markets from all over the world (except China and countries in North and South America).
The Air Freight charge MCC is based on Chargeable Weight.
The following rates are valid until October 31, 2024.
LOT Cargo calculations are based on data provided by IATA and can be found here (opens in a new tab).
Mail shipments (Airmail) are exempted from Air Freight charge MCC.
