The rules of entry to the LOT Business Lounges Polonez and Mazurek

I. Free entrances

1. Free entrances are provided for:

a) HON Circle (Miles & More) – access upon presentation a Boarding pass on a flight operated by Star Alliance carrier, departing on the same day from Warsaw Chopin Airport. If the boarding pass is missing status information, a loyalty card must be presented.

The card holder may introduce 1 guest + family (spouse + own children). Guest might be any person pointed by HON + family member possessing boarding pass for the same Star Alliance flight departing the same day from Warsaw Chopin Airport.

b) SENATOR (Miles & More) and other Star Alliance GOLD card holders – access upon presentation a boarding pass on a flight operated by any Star Alliance carrier, departing on the same day from Warsaw Chopin Airport. If the boarding pass is missing status information, a loyalty card must be presented.

The card holder may introduce 1 guest travelling and possessing a boarding pass on the same flight operated by Star Alliance carrier, departing on the same day from Warsaw Chopin Airport.

c) FTL (Miles & More) card holders – access upon presentation a boarding pass on a flight operated by LO/LH/OS/SN/LX/OU carrier, departing on the same day from Warsaw Chopin Airport. If the boarding pass is missing status information, a loyalty card must be presented.

No guest allowed.

d) Business Class passengers - access upon presentation of a boarding pass in business class for a flight operated by Star Alliance carrier departing on the same day from Warsaw Chopin Airport.

No guest allowed.

e) Passengers in Business Class in transfer to domestic flights – if passenger has a boarding pass for a domestic flight in economy class and the previous or next leg of the journey (to/from WAW) is in business class with Star Alliance carrier, passenger has an access to the Lounge. In this case, the journey must be made on one ticket issued for the entire route in business class.

f) Passenger travelling on charter flights in LOT Business Class– access upon presentation of a valid Star Alliance Gold (Miles&More) card.

Passenger may introduce 1 guest travelling and possessing a boarding pass in business class on the same flight departing on the same day.

II. Paid entrances

1. Passengers may purchase a single entry to the LOT Business Lounge when travelling in the following classes:

  • a) LOT Premium Economy Class – access after paying a one-time fee at the main reception.*
  • b) LOT Economy Class on Short Haul flights – access after paying a one-time fee at the main reception.*
  • c) LOT Premium Economy Class on Mid Haul flights (Astana/Nur-Sultan, Dubai, Riijad, Tashkent) - access after paying a one-time fee at the main reception.*
  • d) LOT Business Class on charter flights – access after paying a one-time fee at the main reception.*
  • e)  LOT Premium Class on charter flights – access after paying a one-time fee at the main reception.*

2. Access may be purchased only for flights operated by PLL LOT and on tickets issued by PLL LOT.

3. Passengers who have purchased an access, are not allowed to invite a guest.

III. Additional informations

1. The above rules also apply to passengers, who travel on LOT Star Alliance code share flights with boarding pass issued by PLL LOT.

2. In case of a LOT code share flight of non-Star Alliance carrier passengers with Star Alliance Gold card are not allowed to invite a guest.

3. Passengers on charter flights travelling in LOT Economy class holding Star Aliance loyalty card cannot use the Lounge.

4. Children up to 12 years of age – admission only with an adult passenger entitled to use LOT Business Lounge.

5. Childer over 12 years of age – 100% entry fee.

* In case of passenger belong to two or more loyalty programs and the FFP number on the boarding pass differs from the FFP number on the loyalty card, the highest status of the card is accepted – provided that the loyalty card is valid and the passenger’s name is compatible with the boarding pass. If passenger has a SAG status under two different loyalty programs, the card from the program on the boarding pass should be registered for billing purposes.

** We accept status card only plastic version or in the loyalty program application, we do not accept screenshots, PDFs, photos, paper prints, etc.

*** The maximum total daily time spent in the LOT Business Lounge is 4 hours, after which PLL LOT may charge a fee of PLN 150, which the passenger undertakes to pay at the reception of the Lounge. The maximum time of stay does not apply to passengers on connecting flights in Warsaw awaiting the next flight, while arrival and departure flights are carried out on the same day. Also include any flights that take place after midnight, but no longer than 5.00 a.m. the next day.
