What we offer
Cancellation insurance
This is a cancelation and curtailment insurance policy. It provides cover for the costs you may incur due to cancellation or curtailment of your trip because of a justified reason and not excluded in the Policy Wording (opens in a new tab) such as
- death;
- severe injury;
- sudden illness;
- medical recommendation not to travel;
- serious damage by storm, fire or flood in yours or your traveling companion’s home, when such damage occurs within 7 days immediately prior to the start of your trip;
- you or your traveling companion receive a judicial summon to act as a jury;
- you or your traveling companion are made redundant and have registered as unemployed.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the insurance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, in accordance with the applicable regulations on distance selling.
To withdraw from the insurance contract, go to Manage my booking.
Do this before the travel start date or within 14 days of the purchase date, whichever occurs first.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to travel insurance policies with a duration of less than one month. If a claim has been made under this policy, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
