Direct contact with LOT for people who are deaf or hard of hearing
Deaf and hard-of-hearing passengers can use forms of contact other than the telephone to make communication with our team as comfortable as possible. We offer different ways of contacting the Customer Service Office to suit each individual passenger's needs.
For people who are deaf or hard of hearing, we provide written contact. Just use instant messaging and your questions will be answered quickly! We are on Messenger (opens in a new tab) and WhatsApp (opens in a new tab), and you can also send us a message via Instagram (opens in a new tab).

Remember!
Some services, such as setting up a booking or changing your cruise date for a fee, are provided by the Contact Center hotline. However, if you cannot make a phone call, please let us know during the chat. We will provide you with assistance and the necessary information, without the need for a phone call.
