How can I book a bassinet for child?
You can order a baby bassinet through the LOT Contact Center no later than 24 hours before departure. The service is available on long-haul flights operated by Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, and the number of seats with bassinets is limited, so it is best to request it as soon as you purchase your ticket.
On the day of the flight, a child using the bassinet must not weigh more than 12 kg or measure more than 75 cm. The dimensions of the onboard bassinet are 84 cm × 40 cm. You will also receive a pillow and blanket for your child on board. You cannot bring your bassinet on board.
