• Please mind that only events submitted at least 4 months before the start date with number of participants being 15 or more, will be eligible for the program.
• In the form you will be asked to present data on previous editions of your event, please prepare that information beforehand (exact number of attendees from each country) – you may also share the Excel file with LOT International Events team, after submitting the form.
• We will present you tailored made offer for the specific event, including attractive discounts on air fares for all event participants and their accompanying guests.
