How can I purchase an assistance service?

Due to the necessity to provide contact details, the purchase of this service is possible only in our Contact Center. Before contacting us, have the following information ready:

  1. Name, surname and date of birth of the child
  2. Name, surname and telephone number of the person bringing the child to the airport
  3. Name, surname and telephone number of the person who will pick up the child at the destination airport

If your child is traveling with an accompanied person on part of the travel, please have the accompanied person's booking number ready. Remember that the service must be purchased at least 24 hours before departure.
