The legal ground for data processing is our legitimate interests, which is the possibility to inform the interested parties about promotions, services, events and competitions, as well as special deals related to our additional offer (for example, upgrade or extra baggage) or the services of our partners (such as car rental or hotel booking.

Categories of recipients:

LOT Polish Airlines may transfer your personal data to entities providing services (e.g., IT, marketing and advertising) on our behalf, so they can send out information about our promotions, as well as new products and services. These entities will process your data on the basis of an agreement with us and strictly according to our instructions.

Your personal data will be processed for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services described above (that is, until you withdraw your consent or object to processing of your personal data).

The right to lodge a complaint

You also have a right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority, especially in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement, if you assume that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Profiling:

Using the data that you provided at lot.com/newsletter or m.lot.com/newsletter or in the LOT mobile app and owing to your consent to the receive the newsletter, we are able to prepare an automatic offer selection adjusted to your preferences. It is based on the profiling of data, such as the country or language you provided. The profiling does not have any legal effects.
