The pillar “Transparent and responsible organization” includes two main commitments: Responsibility in managing the organization and Responsibility in the supply chain.
- We combine robust oversight mechanisms with respect for human rights, open dialogue with stakeholders, and industry partnerships. This enables us to create a transparent, ethical organization that can be relied upon—in the air and on the ground.
- We implement our Compliance Policy without exception. We apply a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, money laundering, and conflicts of interest; we keep a register of benefits, apply clear rules regarding gifts and invitations, and everyone has access to protected whistleblower channels.
- We operate transparently in the market. We use open criteria in our purchasing processes, do not favor bidders, and respect the principles of fair competition.
- We protect data and property rights. We care about information security, customer privacy, and intellectual property – we report and eliminate every violation.
- We build a responsible supply chain. We require our contractors to adhere to the same ethical and human rights standards that we apply in our organization.
