Are you transferring for your next LOT flight in Warsaw and are not sure where to go? Read our guide and handle your transfer at the Chopin Airport with ease.

Remember to have your boarding card and appropriate ID document at the ready.

If you do not have a boarding card, contact the LOT Transfer Center:

  • in theSchengen Area: at Gate 26; 
  • in the non-Schengen Area: at gate 20N. 

If you are travelling with LOT, our personnel will be able to reprint your ticket and gladly answer your questions. By flying with us, you also don't need to worry about claiming your baggage - it will be dispatched to your final destination airport.

If your connection is operated by carrier other than LOT, you can also use a self-check-in kiosk, located next to the LOT Transfer Center in the Schengen Area.

On arrival, get off the air bridge or bus and proceed to the terminal, then head towards the security check counter. Check the flight schedule and go to the gate displayed at your flight number.

  • Transfers to the USA

Arrivals from the Schengen Area: On going through a passport check, head to the mandatory verification point located at Gate 22N.

Arrivals from the non-Schengen Area: On going through a security check, head towards the mandatory verification point located at Gate 22N. Some passengers may be requested to have their baggage x-rayed again.

  • Transfers to Israel

Some passengers may be requested to have their baggage x-rayed again.

Remember that the gate number may be subject to change. Before boarding, make sure that you are at the right exit. Bear in mind that non-Schengen gates have the letter N (e.g. 20N).
