If you would like to contact CRO regarding LOT Polish Airlines Accessibility Plan or you have any questions or opinions related to passengers with disability on direct flights to or from Canada, please use the form below.  Dedicated team will reply to you as soon possible but no later than 10 business days and, if a request for telephone contact is given, we will contact the passenger by phone – please provide the time zone to determine the best time of contact. 

Please note, claims not connected to the Air Carrier Access Act and flights from/to US will not be processed via CRO. Please use the correct form - you can find more information below.
