How can I book a bassinet for child?

You can do this by contacting our LOT Contact Center. Please note that this service is only available on flights operated by the Boeing 787 "Dreamliner". The weight of the child in this case must not exceed 12KG, and his height must not exceed 75 centimeters.

The service must be requested no later than 24 hours before departure.
