New anti-slip trays

In 2023, we introduced new, lighter porcelain on board our aircrafts for LOT Business Class and LOT Premium Economy passengers. From now on, meals are also served on convenient trays with a non-slip coating. The introduction of these trays not only enhances the comfort of meal consumption but also helps save vast amounts of paper that was previously used.

New blankets and pillows

Your journey to North America, Japan, India, or South Korea will be the perfect opportunity to relax. A comfortable sleep aboard the Boeing 787 Dreamliner is ensured by new, soft, and pleasant to the touch blankets and pillows in LOT Business Class and LOT Premium Economy.

The role of the Product Development and Customer Experience Office at LOT Polish Airlines is to enhance positive passenger experiences at every stage of air travel. In our daily work, we conduct satisfaction surveys, which help us understand what our passengers expect from our brand and how their preferences are evolving. The changes we implement reflect our commitment not only to our travelers but also to the environment. New amenity kits, trays, and relaxation sets are part of the next phase of changes that showcase the direction we wish to pursue. New, Refreshed Amenity Kit Design

When traveling in LOT Business Class on long-haul flights (Boeing 787 Dreamliner), you will receive new, soft amenity kits in LOT's signature navy blue, made from high-quality materials. Inside, you'll find products from the Polish brand Phenome. The set includes a moisturizing apple extract face cream, nourishing lip balm, relaxing lavender oil, and natural toothpaste, as well as accessories like a comfortable eye mask, earplugs, and a bamboo toothbrush. Completing the set are socks with an aviation motif – a plane pattern.

Phenome products have been featured on our flights for a year now. This brand’s products are made from ingredients that are friendly to both people and the environment. Additionally, instead of water, hydrolates – valuable active ingredients derived from plants – are used in the products.
