Redeem your miles in LOT Business Lounges in Warsaw and Chicago

1. Call your Miles & More Service Team from Monday to Saturday at the latest by 16:00 on the day before departure at +48 22 577 72 22 or at a phone number dedicated to status members.
2. Provide accurate data about the flight: reservation number / ticket number, passenger's last name, flight number and date.
3. Spend miles
4. Go directly to LOT Business Lounge Polonez or Mazurek at Warsaw Chopin airport.

Offer details:

• Order can be made between a maximum of two weeks and a minimum of one working days before departure from Monday to Saturday until 16:00 (Polish time).
• Entry is valid only for tickets issued on 080 document stock for flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines. Codeshare flights are not eligible.
• Entry is possible max. 4 hours before departure.
• Before entering the passanger must show an ID card /  passport and confirmation.
• One entrance can only be used by one passenger.
• The entrance is single-use and valid only for the Business Lounge Polonez or Mazurek at Warsaw Chopin Airport.
• Change of passenger's data or resignation is not possible.
• Return is possible only in case of canceled flight. Then the full number of miles will be returned to the member's account within 7 days after contact with Local Miles & More Service Team.
• Service is available both for passengers departing from Warsaw and in transit.
• Service is available only ofr Miles & More member from Polish market.
• Miles from Mileage Pooling cannot be used for entrance.
• Entry of minors (under 18 years of age) into the LOT Business Lounge Polonez/Mazurek is only possible under the supervision of an adult authorized to enter the Lounge.

1. Contact the Miles & More Service Center by phone from Monday to Saturday, no later than 16:00 (Polish time) on the day before departure at +48 22 577 72 22 or via the dedicated phone line for status cardholders.
2. Provide complete flight details, including your reservation/ticket number, passenger's full name, flight number, and travel date.
3. Redeem miles for lounge access.
4. Proceed to the LOT Business Lounge in Chicago on the day of your flight.

• Orders can be placed no earlier than two weeks before departure and no later than the day before departure, from Monday to Saturday until 16:00 (Polish time).
• Entry is valid only for tickets issued on 080 document stock for flights operated by LOT Polish Airlines. Codeshare flights are not eligible.
• Lounge entry is allowed up to a maximum of 4 hours before departure.
• Entry is granted upon presentation of valid identification and confirmation. 
• Each lounge pass is valid for one passenger only.
• Entry is single-use and applies only to the LOT Business Lounge in Chicago.
• Passenger details cannot be changed, and cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds are only possible in the event of a canceled flight. In such cases, the full amount of miles will be refunded to the participant's account within 7 days of reporting the cancellation to the Miles & More Customer Service Team.
• The service is available for passengers departing from Chicago or in transit. 
• The service is available exclusively for Miles & More members registered in the Polish market.
• Miles cannot be used for lounge access under the Mileage Pooling service.
• Age restrictions: Due to U.S. regulations, alcohol is only available to passengers aged 21 and over (teenagers can purchase lounge access if an adult is present in the same booking). 
• Free entry: Infants or children up to 12 years old traveling with an adult are eligible for complimentary lounge access.
