Information for passengers

Last update: 26.04.2022, 14:00

In view of the ongoing situation in Poland, regarding air traffic controllers, operations at Warsaw Chopin Airport may become highly restricted starting from May 1, 2022. It is very likely that we will be forced to cancel up to 75% of scheduled flights or change the flight hours.

Final information on this matter and our further actions depend on the outcome of negotiations conducted by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency and air traffic controllers. Neither we nor other carriers have any influence on the final outcome. Final decisions must be made by Saturday, April 30, 2022.

If you have a ticket for a flight in the first days of May, please check your flight status and consider rescheduling your trip free of charge before possible cancellation.

Any possible fees will cover the tax and fare difference, should the initially purchased fare not be available. You can make changes to your LOT reservations for any flight within a year of the ticket purchase date. We encourage you to self-manage your reservations and check your flight status.
