Information about travel to the Middle East

Due to the current situation in the Middle East, we have decided to cancel flights:

  • to/from Dubai (DXB) until March 28;
  • to/from Riyadh (RUH) until March 16;
  • to/from Tel Aviv (TLV) until March 28;
  • to/from Beirut (BEY) from March 31 to April 30.

Return flights to Warsaw

Return flights from Colombo and Male to Warsaw

Ticket sales for return flights on March 10th from Colombo and Male to Warsaw have ended, and there are currently no available seats on these flights. Information about any potential additional return flights will be provided on an ongoing basis.

PZU insurance coverage extension

If you have purchased travel insurance through lot.com, please note that PZU Group has extended your insurance coverage at no additional cost until 10.03.2026. The extension is automatic, and the coverage remains unchanged.

Has my flight been cancelled?

Selected flights have been cancelled. Please check the current status of your flight before heading to the airport.

Can I change my travel date?

Yes. For passengers travelling on scheduled LOT Polish Airlines flights to or from Tel Aviv (TLV), Dubai (DXB), Riyadh (RUH), Seoul (ICN), Tokyo (NRT), Delhi (DEL), Tashkent (TAS), Astana (NQZ), Larnaca (LCA), Yerevan (EVN) and Baku (GYD), we have introduced the option of a rebooking to another LOT-operated flight within the validity of the ticket. 

This option is available to passengers whose:

  • he ticket was purchased no later than February 28, 2026,
  • the original travel date falls between February 28, 2026, and March 31, 2026 (inclusive),
  • and the ticket number starts with 080 – you can find it in the confirmation email.

Can I request a refund?

Yes. If your flight has been cancelled, you are entitled to a refund.
